1．Quarity　Control

Production management and quality control are implemented in our company from production until product dispatch. QC process lists which control product production processes record each process quality inspection lot by lot. The internal system is managed by a server. Traceability is a system by which everything can be confirmed swiftly. It is how our system can respond to customer needs readily.

2． ISO9001: Acquired 2008 edition

The QC currently used in all departments is the ISO9001 introduced on July 7, 2000 and updated to ISO9001: 2008 version in 2010. In order to improve customer satisfaction, we employ a quality improvement proposal system throughout our company.

3．Inspection equipment system

We manufacture high quality products by using inspection equipment which include fluorescent X-ray film thickness gauge, image dimension measuring equipment, contour shape roughness measuring equipment, Micro-Vickers hardness gauge, 4 Rockwell image processing automatic sorting machines, 15 plate-thickness and outer diameter sorting machines, and 3 visual belt method sorting machines.
