Press process

In order for us to manufacture a high quality product, our company started OJT based on the mold techniques accumulated internally and the know-how necessary for making high quality molds and on the essential press process to ensure thorough quality and to further combine that with high precision press machine to make even higher quality products. Moreover, we have advocated continuous business improvement over the years, eliminated wasting practices, improved cost performance, and shortened delivery times.

Barrel process

Barrel process is a process for eliminating burr created by the press process. Our company made eliminating fine burr possible by using botanical products and helped decrease the burden on the environment. Moreover, we are able to provide stable high quality product by increasing the size of our facilities to facilitate large scale production.

Washing and drying process

Washing and drying process is the process of removing iron powder dust and oil particles that accumulate on products during both the press and the barrel processes, and of having the product acquire a good appearance by shining it during the washing process and by implementing a rust preventing process as an anti rust measure.

Additional methods
(Surface treatment and heat treatment)

Various surface treatments and heat treatments are applied to improve washers endurance (corrosion, anti friction endurance etc.) and the product appearance. We start with general surface treatments and heat treatments but we also welcome clients requests.

Acceptance system

As for surface treatment after outsourcing, thickness measurement and color inspections are carried out, and acceptance inspection is conducted. As for product heat treatment, a hardening certificate is acquired, a hardening measurement is carried out, then an acceptance inspection takes place. Please contact us for more details.

Inspection process

In addition to carrying out the usual inspections during each process, we have an inspection system in place that takes into consideration the clients requests. Image dimension measuring equipment, surface roughness measuring equipment, fluorescent X-ray film thickness gauge, hardness gauge, visual inspections, roller inspections, file inspections, camera inspections, and other machine inspections improve the quality of inspections in according with the clients’ needs.

Packaging and shipping process

Packaging is done using cardboard, polyethylene and other materials according to clients’ needs. Volumes and weights are decided in accordance with company standards and we endeavor to respond to clients requirements. Rest assure with our sincere after-sale follow up service.
